生成式人工智能正深刻改变高等教育格局,对知识传授、能力建构与价值塑造产生系统性冲击。知识维度面临记忆价值消解、概念体系离散化及元认知能力弱化危机;能力维度出现人机界限模糊、新型能力标准缺失及高阶思维退化等问题;价值维度则遭遇人机关系异化、伦理外包及社会责任感缺失等挑战。为应对变革,需重构教育目标体系:以数字领导力培养技术适应性人才,包含数字素养、人机协同与伦理防控等核心能力;以高阶思维能力奠基深度学习,强化批判性思考与创新解决问题能力;通过社交能力训练增强人际协作与跨文化理解;坚守人文关怀培养情感健全的社会公民。教育内容体系需同步革新,调整知识传授类型,增设高阶思维课程,构建社交训练体系,完善生命教育框架。教育者需在技术赋能与人文守护间寻求平衡,确保教育始终服务于人的全面发展。
Abstract:Artificial Intelligence Generated Content is profoundly transforming the landscape of higher education, exerting systematic impacts on knowledge delivery, competency development, and value formation.In the knowledge dimension, challenges include the erosion of memorization's value, fragmentation of conceptual frameworks, and weakening of metacognitive capabilities.The competency dimension faces blurred human-machine boundaries, absence of new competency standards, and regression in higher-order thinking.The value dimension confronts alienation in human-machine relationships, ethical outsourcing, and erosion of social responsibility.To address these transformations, educational objectives must be restructured: cultivating technologically adaptive professionals through digital leadership(encompassing digital literacy, human-AI collaboration, ethical risk management and so on);anchoring deep learning in higher-order thinking skills(enhancing critical thinking and innovative problem-solving capabilities);strengthening interpersonal collaboration and cross-cultural understanding via social competency training; and upholding humanistic care to nurture emotionally balanced and socially responsible citizens.Concurrently, educational content systems require innovation—restructuring knowledge delivery models, incorporating higher-order thinking curricula, establishing social competency training frameworks, and refining life education frameworks.Educators must balance technological empowerment with humanistic preservation to ensure education consistently serves the holistic development of individuals.
